Was walking by the Mann theater the other day, when we suddenly came across a horde of NRI's. We realized that this was the local Indian beauty contest we read about. We just kept on walking. A little ahead, a white girl within a group of teenagers passing by showed me the flyer for the program and asked me- "Do you know who won?" I looked at her and told her with obvious disinterest- "I just got off the plane from India and I am trying to stay away from everything Indian". :-)
