California Diary: Farewell in Bangalore
As usual I did my packing at the last minute. And when I say the last minute, I mean just two hours before I left my room. Neetu was such a dear. She came over to pick me up. We met Ivan, Bryan, Roshan for coffee on the way to the airport. There I met Savio & Jane as well. Well! Reader, I must say, that its always so hard to say good bye, even if it is just for 6 weeks. I didn't cry. But I started missing people as soon as I stepped into the airport. Once inside, things went smoothly. I called up Viren in Singapore and we prayed that I will be able to get an on-arrival visa in Singapore the next day. After all, I had 8 hours before I caught my connecting flight to Los Angeles.
